Papa Haydn is one of the best Austrian restaurants in Portland. Its a childhood favorite and I took Andrew there for the first time in April. They're known for there desserts made fresh everyday with local 
ingredients. Needless to say Andrew loved it! It's tucked away between shops and coffee cafes on 23rd Street in downtown Portland. I will always be a lifetime customer!
