Memorial Day...

Our Memorial Day holiday was very low key. We had a BBQ down by the pool and just relaxed. It was Aunt Jill's last day visiting before she flew out back to Los Angeles...

This is what I woke up to this morning...

I woke up to this scene this morning and it melted my heart. I grabbed my camera

once again and started snapping away.  And Stella is 1 week old today too!

Stella's first Bathies...

Stella had her first bathies today.  She actually liked it and I 

cannot wait for her umbilical cord to fall off so she can 

take a real bathies in the tub with mommy...

Stella loves getting her hair washed.  She truly is her mothers daughter!

My little family...

Our first morning home from the hospital, we are finally all together as a family 

and this is what I woke up to in the kitchen...

I couldn't help myself with these pictures.  I posted way to many of them but had a hard 

time choosing which ones to post or not post. Andrew and Stella had fallen asleep 

together and the early morning light was perfect!

Crazy Hair Day...

Every year, on the last week of school they have crazy hair day.

The Love of a Nana

I love these pictures! This was our first day home from the hospital and 

my wonderful mummy was staying with us to help out the first

week we were home.  She had been so busy helping with grocery 

shopping, running Brooke to and from school and cooking dinner that

she hadn't had time to hold baby Stella until then. I was able

to capture it on camera. You can see the joy in both

mummy's eyes and in baby Stella's.  I don't know what we 

would have done without mummy's help and support during

the first week.  Thank you again for all that you do mummy.

Going home from the Hospital...

I love this...  Stella looks like a little elf being squished into her car seat for

her first car ride home from the hospital.

Ahhh, home at last and tired from the whole ordeal of leaving the hospital...

 Big sister Brooke got home from school and ran straight to her sister!
